What are lash clusters?
Lash clusters are small groups of lashes designed to give you a customisable, salon quality look at home. They allow you to control your lash style - from natural enhancement to full glam - with easy, precise placement.
Are AIÈLashes reusable?
Yes. Our lash clusters are made from premium synthetic fibres designed for multiple wears with proper care. We recommend gently cleaning the base after each use and storing your lashes in the original tray.
How long do AIÉLashes last once applied?
When applied correctly with our recommended adhesive, our lashes can last up to 5-7 days. For pre glued styles, wear time is typically 5+ days, depending on your routine and care.
Do your lashes damage natural lashes?
No - when applied and removed properly, AIÉLashes will not damage your natural lashes. We always recommend using a gentle remover and avoiding pulling or tugging during removal.
Are AIÉLashes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We offer beginner friendly lash cluster kits that are specifically designed for those new to DIY lash application. They include everything you need for a quick flawless set with minimal effort.
Application and care
How do I apply the lash clusters?
Use tweezers to gently remove each cluster, then apply a small amount of lash adhesive to the base. Position the cluster just beneath your natural lashes for a seamless, lifted look.
Can I wear makeup with my lash clusters?
Yes, but avoid oil-based products around the eyes, as these can break down the adhesive and shorten wear time.
How should I clean and store my lashes?
After removal, carefully clean off any adhesive residue and store the lashes in their original packaging to maintain shape and hygiene.
Orders and shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• UK orders: Delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: Usually arrives within 5–10 business days.
• International orders (USA, Asia, Australia, etc.): May take 7–14 business days, depending on your location and customs processing times.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Simply click the link or enter your tracking number on the courier’s website to see the latest updates on your delivery.
