Order Processing

Once an order is placed:

• Orders cannot always be modified once   processed

Processing time is typically 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

By ordering with us, you acknowledge:

• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

• We are not responsible for delays caused by  couriers, customs processing, strikes, or incorrect shipping details

• Once a parcel leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the courier International orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on lash products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos of the issue

• We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable

We do not offer refunds for:

 • Change of mind

• Incorrect address provided

• Lost parcels caused by courier errors   (unless insured shipping was purchased)

 Use of Products

By purchasing from AIÉLashes, you agree to:

• Follow all safety guidelines

• Patch test adhesives before use

• Use products strictly as intended (external use only)

We are not liable for reactions caused by misuse, allergies, or failure to follow instructions.

All branding, images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the property of AIÉLashes.
