Returns and exchanges
At AIÉLashes our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality lashes that can also give contentment with every order you receive.
However, we understand that sometimes a product may not align with your needs or preferences.
Returns and exchanges: Due to our nature of our products we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygeine and safety purposes
We can only accept returns if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item in your order
If this happens please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at aielashesco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product, and we'll be happy to help.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Opened or used products
- Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. We'll confirm this with you after reviewing your case.
Shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
